tranche: Новые спойлеры 3-08 'Latecomer' - Making it official, Moira has decided to go ahead with the gender reassignment surgery to become Max. However, when a visit to a doctor reveals just how expensive it is going to be, Jenny offers to host a benefit party to raise money for the surgery. - Meanwhile, Helena arranges to take everyone on her mother’s private jet to a championship basketball game at Stanford University and a surprise tribute to Dana. And as chemotherapy has caused her hair to start falling out, Dana goes to see Shane for a new look. And when her friends and fans turn out to honor her at the game, Dana is uncomfortable with all the attention she receives. - Unable to handle Tina’s sexual dalliances with men, Bette insists they stop sleeping together and then takes off to find inner peace at a Buddhist retreat. But it’s a search that proves elusive when she faces a series of obstacles starting with being stranded in the middle of nowhere by car trouble. - To help Kit with her new CD, Nona Hendryx and the band Betty fly in from New York. However, when Angus oversteps his boundaries at the recording studio and asserts himself as producer, his suggestions rub everyone the wrong way. - As Tina defies Bette and goes to watch Kit record, Helena brings Dylan to the studio to meet Nona Hendryx. But, unable to keep their passion in check, the pair ends up in bed at Helena’s oceanfront home. - Still reeling from Shane’s affair with Cherie Peroni, Carmen’s dream about being left behind makes it impossible for her to let go of her anger. And though Shane wants to make peace, she’s unnerved when Cherie continues trying to call her cell phone. - Finally, as Bette continues on what has become an ill-fated getaway, Max angrily explodes after learning that Jenny decided that her book will be “their” story of sexual transformation.
tranche: 3-09 'Lead, Follow, or Get Out of the Way' - As her retreat at a Buddhist monastery becomes a head-on confrontation with her own Type A personality, Bette’s quest for the meaning of humility and tolerance is upended after she realizes that she’s attracted to a female monk. - Helena is followed by a mysterious man taking clandestine photos of her everywhere she goes. - Dana begins to see some light at the end of the tunnel as she looks forward to starting a new career as a TV sports commentator. So, following their shopping trip on Rodeo Drive, she and Alice head for The Planet to meet with noted breast cancer researcher Dr. Susan Love. - After Kit poses some unsettling questions that underscore the irreversibility of Max’s transition, everyone pitches in at WAX to help stage the benefit to pay for the sex change. Among the many games that have been set up to raise money, Max is embarrassed by Jenny’s sexually playful adaptation of Pin the Tail on the Donkey. - Jenny gets a troubling look into what the future may have in store when Max gets jealous over her dancing with a young transsexual guy. So, as Max pledges to try and be a better man, and Jenny looks for help at a support group for people with transgender partners. - Carmen accuses Shane her of having “emotionally checked out” in bed. - After meeting him at a kid’s swim lesson held at her backyard pool, Tina ends up going on a date – and then sleeping with – a divorced father named Henry. - As losing her cool at her mom’s house ends with Carmen coming out about being a lesbian, Helena thinks it is all just an erotic game when she demands that Dylan submit to sex in exchange for the support she needs for her film. However, after Dylan’s boyfriend secretly captures the moment on videotape, Helena is stunned when he and Dylan sue her for sexual harassment. - Finally, while taking some much deserved time for herself with a dinner date with a woman she met at the benefit, a phone call sends Alice home early to take Dana to the hospital.
tranche: 3-10 'Losing The Light' - Now that Dana’s condition has taken a sudden turn for the worse, Alice refuses to leave her hospital bedside as their friends rally around, taking shifts to provide the support they so desperately need. Unaware of the rapidly changing situation, Lara phones from Paris, leaving a message on Dana’s answering machine saying that she wants to come home. - Meanwhile, frustrated by the distractions that she can neither control nor avoid, Bette leaves the Buddhist retreat early, breaking her silence in order to return and face the real world. - Following a high school swim meet, it’s more than a little awkward when Jenny introduces Max to her ex-husband, Tim, and his pregnant wife, Becky. Despite Tim’s feelings about her new life, he and Becky join Jenny and Max for dinner. And when Max advises her not to judge Tim and the choices he’s made too harshly, Jenny is left wondering if their relationship has a future. - Carmen admits to cheating on Shane in retaliation for her fling with Cherie. - Peggy arrives in Los Angeles to help Helena fight the sexual harassment lawsuit being brought by Dylan and her boyfriend, Danny. - Bette finds comfort and wisdom from a couple she meets while waiting for a bus for the long, slow trip back home. - Alice keeps the bad news to herself when she runs into one of Dana’s former lovers who is at the hospital hoping to get pregnant. (I'm thinking Tonya.) - Although Peggy is determined not to give in to the extortion scheme being masterminded by Danny, Helena is crushed by Dylan’s betrayal and, not wanting to fight it in court, capitulates to their demands. - While still feeling betrayed by Carmen, Shane fights back her anger during a tearful and intense bedroom reunion. - Tina starts to embrace a new domestic – and heterosexual -- lifestyle with Henry. - Angus’s five hour breakfast with an ex-girlfriend sows seeds of doubt about their future in Kit’s mind. - Finally, after stepping out for a much-needed break, Alice is heartbroken to return to find that Dana has died.
tranche: 3-11 'Last Dance' - At the funeral, the Fairbanks’ attempts to keep their late daughter’s friends at a distance have made Alice all the more determined to carry out Dana’s final wishes – to have her remains scattered at the summer camp in Big Bear. So, after defiantly stealing some of Dana’s ashes, Alice makes plans for everyone to head to the mountains for their own memorial service. - As the women all find their own ways to handle their grief, after meeting Tina’s new friend, Henry, and his son for the first time, Bette consults a gay rights lawyer to pursue getting sole custody of Angelica. - After Max gets a job at the computer firm that rejected his application when he applied as Moira, Jenny sees it as an opportunity to file a discrimination lawsuit and as material for a magazine article she wants to write. However, satisfied with having managed to pass as a man, and happy with the job and all the money it means, Max tells her to stop. - Having agreed to settle the lawsuit, Helena finds a package on her doorstep containing Dylan’s videotaped apology for all that’s happened, the footage from her movie and the uncashed check for the first installment of the multi-million dollar settlement. - Meanwhile, devastated over Dana’s death, Shane asks Carmen to get married. - At Camp Imalahkaha to celebrate Dana’s life, her friends reminisce about when they all first met her. What emerges from these memories is a detailed chronicle of Dana’s long and sometimes difficult journey to the point where she could finally admit to being gay. - Carmen says yes to Shane’s proposal. - Lara finally arrives from Paris too late to see Dana before she died, she and Alice lose themselves in their mutual grief.
tranche: 3-12 'Left Hand of the Goddess' - With the wedding plans triggering memories of Dana that fuel Alice and Lara’s intimate – but emotionless -- dance with grief. - Shane heads to Oregon to meet her father, Gabriel, his wife, Carla, and her half-brother, Shay. Although it wasn’t part of her plan, she invites them to attend her wedding at a Canadian mountain resort. - Back in L.A., Max is embarrassed by Jenny’s outlandish behavior at a dinner hosted by his new boss. And as Bette’s lawyer advises her to be civil towards Tina and Henry in order to hide the fact that she wants sole custody, Kit stuns everyone with news that she’s pregnant. - After Peggy’s claim that Helena’s failed relationships are the result of her trying to replace the love she never got at home actually serves to draw mother and daughter closer together. - Carmen is overjoyed to learn that, thanks to Helena, her entire family has come to Canada for the wedding. - As the widening gulf between her and Max prompts Jenny’s intensely sexual fling with a sexy and sophisticated gay travel writer at the hotel. - Spending time with Tina prior to Henry’s arrival makes Bette realize that she actually enjoys sharing Angelica. And though she called to ask that the petition for sole custody be stopped, Bette is stunned to learn that the paperwork has already been sent to Tina’s lawyer. - Meanwhile, the day after Shane’s raucous and revealing bachelor party, Alice meets Marilyn, the wedding officiator who, as it turns out, had a failed affair with Peggy many years ago. - Having learned that her dad sent Carla back home on a bus after deciding to end their marriage, Shane begins to wonder what the future has in store for her and Carmen. As a result, once everyone has assembled for the ceremony, Marilyn tells everyone that Shane has backed out. - Finally, as she and Marilyn rekindle their old romance, word that Gabriel squandered the money Helena gave him to buy a wedding present to get out of his marriage instead leads Peggy to announce that she is cutting off her daughter from the family fortune. - Afer learning that Tina has changed her mind about the second-parent adoption, Bette takes Angelica and flees in the middle of the night.
